User agreement

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs the use of the BuyVPN Telegram bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot") at https://t.me/buyvpn1_bot by the BuyVPN Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") and the User (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

By using the Bot, the User expresses their full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Privacy Policy published by the Administration. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Bot.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Bot provides services for the sale and provision of VPN service access (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

1.2. The Services are provided "as is." The Administration does not guarantee the continuous availability of the Services, the absence of errors, or that the Services will meet the User's specific expectations.

1.3. The User confirms that they have reached the required age to enter into transactions in accordance with the laws of their country and have full legal capacity.

2. User Rights and Obligations

2.1. The User has the right to use the Bot to receive Services in accordance with this Agreement.

2.2. The User undertakes to provide accurate information when placing orders and making payments.

2.3. The User undertakes not to share access to their VPN accounts with third parties and not to use one account simultaneously on multiple devices beyond the established limits (if applicable).

3. Prohibited Actions

3.1. The User is strictly prohibited from using the Bot Services for any illegal purposes, including, but not limited to:

  • Violating Russian Federation legislation, including regulations on the distribution of extremist materials, pirated content, fraud, and other illegal activities.
  • Violating the laws of the countries in which the VPN servers (server locations) are located, including activities prohibited in the relevant jurisdictions.

3.2. Using the VPN connection via the Bot is prohibited for the following purposes:

  • Sending spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited mail.
  • Conducting DDoS attacks, brute-force attacks, port scanning, or any other type of cyberattack.
  • Any form of attack, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or abuse of Administration server resources.
  • Distributing malware.

3.3. Using any torrent clients (BitTorrent, uTorrent, and similar) or P2P protocols to download/distribute files via the Bot's VPN servers is strictly prohibited. This includes any forms of file sharing that may burden the network or violate copyright.

3.4. If any violations are detected, the Administration reserves the right to immediately block the User's access to the Services without refund.

4. Payment and Provision of Services

4.1. Payment for Services is made through the Bot's built-in payment systems.

4.2. Payment information is processed by third-party services and is not stored by the Administration (see Privacy Policy).

4.3. Refunds are possible within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of payment in the event of technical issues with the subscription (service downtime, significant failures) confirmed by the Administration. Refunds will be made minus the actual period used (if applicable). In other cases, refunds are possible only in accordance with Russian law and at the discretion of the Administration.

5. Liability

5.1. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed using the provided VPN access.

5.2. The Administration shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot, including loss of data or profits.

5.3. The Administration shall not be liable for the actions of third parties or for the consequences of the User's violation of this Agreement.

6. Amendments to the Agreement

6.1. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement.

6.2. The new version of the Agreement shall come into force upon its publication on the website https://buyvpn.space. Continued use of the Bot after the amendments constitutes the User's full agreement with them.
